For 33 minutes you will test your legs with heavy pushes both standing and seated. Runs are short intervals but you are repeating a number of times (makes sure you add on your tension!). Check in your form - shoulders back away from your ears, hips should be hovering over the saddle. REMEMBER both legs are pushing through the beat equally - you should be climbing inside like you would outside using your entire body to get behind each pedal stroke.
CYCLE 5 is a 33 min indoor cycling voice guided class set to a DJ mix curated by Ju. Focusing on tension and speed intervals this class is an advanced cycle! IF the pace is too fast, focus on your tension and ensure your legs are moving at a safe and controlled speed.
This class has no choreography built in. For cyclists who feel safe and comfortable adding in choreography feel free to do so at your own desire!
