Welcome to your first CYCLE! I began my teaching career as a spin instructor at a local spin studio where I stayed for five years as the lead instructor. There is something so fun about blasting music while riding a bike! Now, my classes were never big with choreography and I instead focussed on heavy climbs and tension in runs. So CYCLE was created with that in mind. Intervals designed to push you to your max, runs that focus on higher tensions and fun uphill sprints burn out your legs.

CLIP IN, PRESS PLAY, CLOSE YOUR EYES AND JUST LET THE MUSIC GUIDE YOU. CYCLE is a 30 min indoor cycling voice guided class set to a DJ mix curated by Ju.

Focusing on tension and speed intervals this class is suitable for all levels! IF the pace is too fast, focus on your tension and ensure your legs are moving at a safe and controlled speed.

This class has no choreography built in.

For cyclists who feel safe and comfortable adding in choreography feel free to do so at your own desire!
