CYCLE! Oh my spin days. I started my teaching career as a spin instructor. I loved the vibe, loved the room, loved the clients and of course loved the beats! I will continue to miss the energy of a dark full room but if there is one that that I have learned these past two years is that when I close my eyes, crank the tunes in my ear and GO then I can make a workout anything I want it to be. I can take myself back to a concert, a vibe, a feeling…I have the power to decide what I want from a sweat session, And this is why I made these cycles and runs, in the hopes that I could give you some tunes, and you make the experience whatever you need for that day!

CYCLE 9 is a 30 min indoor cycling voice guided class set to a DJ mix curated by Ju.

Focusing on tension and speed intervals this class is suitable for all levels! IF the pace is too fast, focus on your tension and ensure your legs are moving at a safe and controlled speed.

This class has no choreography built in.

For cyclists who feel safe and comfortable adding in choreography feel free to do so at your own desire!
