I had so much fun filming this one. I weirdly get amped up before filming the OG Move classes! They take me back to those original days when I first just sort of wing’d it, and then later on when I was pregnant and doing my best to keep up with all of you! I love that we get to share this together again.

For BW HIIT #2 we are moving right away in this one so if you want to warm up prior to take a few minutes to move your body and then we GO together! Big front load at the 8min mark so get ready for a little shoulder burn! Remember - you are in control…if you need to take a knee take a knee!
