Bodyweight HIIT #11 - Somebody say bear crawl?!

 

Lots of sweaty moves in here! I’ve always loved a good bear crawl!

BEAR CRAWL HOW TO: From tabletop position with knees stacked under hips and wrists stacked under shoulder, take a deep inhale filling your ribcage and as you exhale wrap up and around your entire core to lift your knees 1-2 inches off the ground. Hover your knees there and use your breath to control your core and maintain stability through your spine to protect your lower back.
