Who said you need more than 10minutes to fire up your entire core..NOT ME! By using our breath and small movements we are able to get in DEEP to all the little fibres and bits that we sometimes miss.

Breath is key so make sure you are exhaling on the ‘work’ to really amp things up. Looks easy, 10min sounds easy, but you are sure to feel this in places you didnt know exist. Any questions?! Drop below!
