I LOVE this one! We warm up first with an ‘easy’ bodyweight round to get your whole body prepped for the big moves. The strength based section is just over 17minutes long with minimal breaks. Moves are going to be moving back to back with short rests at the end of each round. We finish it off with an AMRAP finisher of three moves: Weighted Getups, Cleans and Thrusters. OUCH (in the best way of an ouch!!!).
