This week has been a bit frazzled. Nap times have gone awry - B is not sleeping the greatest (to say the least). So these sessions have really felt like a great release for me - even if one eye is on the baby monitor!

A BIG AMRAP in this 30min sweat session! We have four moves that we introduce you to and then bust through a big ‘As Many Rounds as Possible” to really amp things up. Heavy front loading, so get ready to feel the burn.
