UNILATERAL WORK is the name of the game! We are working one leg at a time and you will need a bench/block/chair/couch/ledge whatever you have around to prop one leg up on! SNEAK ATTACK…I still couldn’t walk straight after 3 days - just kidding it burns but feels so good. Go heavy with the dumbbells here because we are focusing on lower body.
