Cycle 28 - Heavy Pushes and Pulls!

 

My favourite part (besides Nelly) is the last song. We focus here on heavy pushes DOWN through the beat and then increase your tension to take the focus out of the push and into the PULL. Trust me when I say when done correctly, your legs will be jello IN THE BEST WAY!

This class has no choreography built in.
