We warm up. And then the JUICE! Five 3minutes AMRAPS where each AMRAP has two moves. Thats round ond. Round two we push the pace and hit the same 5 moves for 2minute AMRAPS. I was dripping, you will be dripping. LETS DRIP. **Upper focus but my legs were shaking!
