Total Body #53 - Time Caps!

 

This one is a big 15minute time cap followed by 3min EMOMS. Here is the time cap breakdown so you are prepared and ready to go…you have 15minutes to complete the following: 30 snatches, 30 high knees, 30 burpees; then 20 single arm snatches, 20 high knees, 20 burpees; then 10 alternating snatch to squat, 10 high knees and 10 burpees. There is plenty of time so dont rush!
