B-stance squats and deadlifts are what this class is focused on. A fun variation! But my favourite part of this whole class is the back to back canon squat set!! Juice 1 will get the legs warmed up and ready to work and then the quick Canon burner will fire up your thighs! Remember on the core rainbows to use your exhale to enable a lift through your core rather than grunting through and taking it in the hips! Feel free to lean back, bend your knees etc. Enjoy!
