Total Body #80 - Who likes the Juice?!

 

A little longer with this bad boy! Here are the goods —— after warming it up we jump into the juice. First up a lower body section working through 4 strength moves back to back (ie no rest time) and jumping straight into 2minutes of bodyweight HIIT and a fun little 1minute AMRAP. We repeat. CORE to follow and then the final round. Looks the same as the first but with an emphasis on lower body. Its sweaty, it burns, its fun. its nice! ENJOY!
