Total Body #82 - We climb the ladder!

 

35minutes to work through a lower body, core and upper focus section! We build moves, subtract and have a little fun with it all! Go heavy on the lower body and a tad lighter for the upper. If you have a band available to use feel free to pop it on otherwise bodyweight squats are fabulous!
