Total Body Express - 60seconds to push!

 

We have 3 x 60second pushes per round for a total of 4 rounds. This gets spicy quick so make any adjustments as necessary and treat the first round as a chance to understand the flow of the moves. This class does NOT have a warmup or stretch to recover to make sure you are warm and ready to go!
