Glute Bridges are one of my faves for postpartum rehab! They are seen as being SUPER easy - but if it is done correctly you’re going to get a lot out of the move. Plus are many different ways you can bridge depending on how you set it up, props you use, where you engage from etc.
Standard Glute Bridge - think about the HINGE push with your glutes rather than pulling with hamstrings
