Theme of the week is apparently legs! Take it slow, focus on the mobility of the exercise rather than speed trying to rush through it. You will feel the areas working more by slowing down rather than rushing through it. Bringing back the GORILLAS! Forgot about these badboys and I LOVE THEM! Keep low in the hips and high in the chest.
