We focus here on lower body starting and ending with bodyweight AMRAPS. The JUICE consists of 4 moves, then 7, then 9. 3 rounds to bring in the burn!

CLAMSHELLS - feel free to perform them bodyweight. Focus here on the drawing up of the oblique 1closest to the ground and use your breath to wrap up and around
