HIIT x STRENGTH 16 - LIGHT WEIGHTS PLEASE!

 

This is a bodyweight x strength class but using very light weights (I went with 3lbs and my shoulders were on FIRE!). If you dont have light weights find a popcorn, soupçon, or just use your bodyweight and focus on the extension and contraction to create your own resistance
