Total Body #22

 

Bodyweight AMRAP to start, 6 core MOVES for the JUICE and then a fun little ender just to groove to the beats. Now, the JUICE - you will only need only dumbbell and we incorporate both some strength and bodyweight burners to turn the gas on!

JUICE: 6 moves working through 50sec working time. At the end of each round we do a quick burpee blast to keep us moving.
