20min of some big core work! Now…we are front loading for the majority of class meaning there is going to be a lot of upperbody/shoulder focus in this class. Anyone who is working on core connection/healing any diasastis recti/prenatal/postpartum or cannot perform correct pressure management may want to work on the core connection classes. Medications to hands and knees can always be made. Can also elevate the front body on a chair or bench to help manage pressure in the core.
