Total Body #35 - AMRAP and EMOMS!

 

AMRAP to warmup with EMOM to get the JUICE IN! For the EMOM feel free to use a pen and paper to record your reps. The goal is to match OR beat your reaps each round moving through the EMOM. For example if we start at 5 and you finish in 35seconds you can adjust up the next round. You want approximately 15seconds rest at the end of each EMOM to have a break.
