We are playing with JUMPS in this one! Transitioning in and out of the saddle during heavy climbs and quicker seated runs. The test here is on the JOG. For advanced cyclists you may be tempted to hold it out of the saddle for the entire jog, but I challenge you to go with the structure of the interval and instead PUSH your tension upwards so your legs are begging for the release in the saddle!
This class has no choreography built in.
