Cycle 18 - EXPRESS Extreme Intervals!

 

This one is 20minutes long. For those days when you are short on time, want to tack it onto the end of your strength session OR maybe you really just can’t fathom more than 20minutes. Thats ok! Thats what this one is for…. BUT it is straight intervals. Climbs and runs the entire time to get the sweat pouring in minimal amount of time. Enjoy!

This class has no choreography built in.
