3 rounds of unilateral work paired with some bodyweight fun to get the juice flowing! This one gets sweaty quick! 2 weights are recommended but the majority of class is with one. Please note, it got so hot in the room that my camera over heated so there are a few breaks in the recording but needless to say I slammed it out! First weighted workout back since my holiday and I can be sure to feel this tomorrow!
