Total Body #68- 30min in Heaven

 

3 sections in 30minutes. We start it off with a heavy lower body section - so if you have a heavy set of weights here is where you want to use! Second session is upper body - a challenge is to keep the heavy’s but always amazing to drop to medium weights. Dont compromise form for trying to go to big! And the icing on the cake is my favourite type of EMOM. Enjoy!
