Bodyweight HIIT #13 - Outside for some Upper Body!

 

Sun came out today so we took the workout outside for some fresh air and vitamin D! 25minutes of working time with heavy focus on the upper body. Remember if you need to modify by elevating during any of the plank series or dropping your knees please feel free. Don’t rush it if the pace is too fast. Slow down, use your breath and get into the burn!
