Sweat city! AMRAP, JUICE and then CORE to finish this off. AMRAP warms us up, the JUICE gets the blood flowing and the CORE cools us down. Its flies right by.

JUICE: 6 moves working through 50sec working time. At the end of each round we do a quick burpee blast to keep us moving.
