This one is going to get sweaty!!! We start things off with a big lower body EMOM just to get the juices flowing. The juice needs to flow to get into the JUICE - 6 moves and 3 rounds. You will want Medium DB for this one! The kicker tho is in the finisher - 10min EMOM. Feel free to scale as necessary, add reps if you need, adjust your weights as necessary, play with you tempo.
