I love this one! One dumbbells is all we need and we work through three rounds adding pulses to the compound moves . Compound…2 moves in one. Im talking about deep squats with bicep curls, curtsy lunges to press etc. Oh…I cant forget about the 2 AMRAPS to start and finish us off! Happy moving!
