This was my favourite one these past few weeks! Love the upper focus and I just felt like it took me to a nice rhythm. Therapeutic! After the warmup we jump into 4 moves for round 1, 8 for round 2 and 10 for the third and final round. The finisher smashes out your arms to get that beautiful wet noodles feeling going on. I didnt bother washing my hair after…couldn’t lift my arms up!
