You can sprint, you can speedwealk, you can dance in your living room to the intervals! Whatever suits you…this is suitable for all levels! If you don't want to run...walk :) 20 minute guided run set to a DJ mix curated by Julie designed to keep you moving and motivated!

Speed levels:

- Walk
- Jog (varies from light to hard jog)
- Run
- Sprint (full sprint, max capacity!)

SPRINT is a 20 min run with working intervals lasting 20 seconds to 2 minutes.
