Welcome to PACE! The longest audio run we have on MOVEBYJU! It Twill push your endurance but is still suitable for all levels! If you don't want to run...walk :) Youre in control Im just here to guide you through some fun beats and wicked intervals.

45 Minute guided run set to a DJ mix curated by Julie designed to keep you moving and motivated!

Speed levels:
- Walk
- Jog (varies from light to hard jog)
- Run
- Sprint (full sprint, max capacity!)

*Please note there is no set sprint interval in PACE but if you want to push into a full sprint that is up to you

PACE is a 45 Minute run with working intervals lasting 1-4 minutes.
