Intro to Run - Bringing the FUN into your RUN!

 

The Intro to Run is designed to have you fall head over heels and madly in love with running! This is great for anyone new to running, returning from injury, postpartum, looking for a jog to cruise too. We are working through 3minutes of walking and 3 minutes jogging for 30 minutes. As always you can adjust your pace throughputs, you want to finish this run feeling fresh and ready to come back for more! The point of the first few runs is to get your body itching and wanting more. Don’t turn the gas on too soon, don’t blow your legs out too fast. Enjoy the walk, enjoy the jog, enjoy the music, enjoy yourself!

Suitable for all levels! Not just for beginners! If you are a seasoned runner and want to use this for the beats and the pushes adjust the 3minute intervals accordingly.

Speed levels:

- Walk
- Jog (varies from light to hard jog)

INTRO TO RUN is a 30 min run with 1:1 run to walking ratio of 3 minutes.
