PACE 7 - Holding Pace!

 

43 minutes of run time and we are working through some longer Hard Jog intervals! Remember a Hard Jog is the pace that you can still hold a conversation, and breathing is deep but you are not out of breath. We hold this pace for 6-8minute intervals with bigger pushes at each finish line taking it into a full run! The finale is a pace builder where you inch your speed up every 30seconds to bring it LETS CRUISE!

Speed levels:

- Walk
- Jog (varies from light to hard jog)
- Run
- Sprint (full sprint, max capacity!)

PACE 7 is a 43 min run with working intervals lasting 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
