MOVE INTO RUN - 7

The first step to becoming a runner is to go for a run!  No distance requirement, no pace to hit and you definitely can run-walk!  Here it is…a MOVE INTO RUN to keep the fun scale at the max with run-walk intervals to build your fitness, your volume, your endurance, your strength, your confidence and all the good stuff that comes along with lacing up.  Runners of all levels can benefit from a good walk/run (see the exact same reasons in above!), not just for a newcomer.  Keep your pace comfortable, have some fun, celebrate the runner in you and lace up those sneakers! And if you’re questioning the runner in you, just remember it doesn’t matter if youre just starting, or you’ve been doing it for years, you’re a runner and every run starts with one single step.

Suitable for all levels! Not just for beginners! If you are a seasoned runner and want to use this for the beats and the pushes adjust the 3minute intervals accordingly.

Speed levels:

- Walk
- Jog (pace should be comfortable

MOVE. INTO RUN is a 23 min run with 3:2 run to walking ratio.

Happy Running!!!
