Sprint 9 - This is FEISTY!

 

Sprints are so fun to do and create! They are perfect for when you have little time or just want to rip out for a quick one! Can also be fun to add on to the end of a hustle if you want the extra push at the end! Besides…you choose your pace!

Suitable for all levels! If you don't want to run...walk :) 20 minute guided run set to a DJ mix curated by Julie designed to keep you moving and motivated!

Speed levels:

- Walk
- Jog (varies from light to hard jog)
- Run
- Sprint (full sprint, max capacity!)

SPRINT 9 is a 20 min run with working intervals lasting 20 seconds to 1 minute1.
