This one is taking you through 3 and 4minute long pushes. Start in a hard jog and move into a run. Pace builders to take us over the finish line!

Suitable for all levels! If you don't want to run...walk :) 34 minute guided run set to a DJ mix curated by Julie designed to keep you moving and motivated!

Speed levels:

- Walk
- Jog (varies from light to hard jog)
- Run
- Sprint (full sprint, max capacity!)

HUSTLE 14 is a 34 min run with working intervals lasting 20 seconds to 1 minute1.
