PACE 8 - The Long 'Just for You' run

 

This one is is an hour of moving time. I am not taking you through any prescribed intervals just casual reminders throughout your run on form and motivation. This is the run for when you want to just get in the rhythm, get in the motion and let everything else around you trickle out of mind. Doesn’t matter your pace, you decide when to push and rest. This run is for you.

Suitable for all levels! If you don't want to run...walk :) 60 minute guided run set to a DJ mix curated by Julie designed to keep you moving and motivated!
