Sprint 8 - Get ready to GO!

 

I am loving this one! The first interval series we are working a 1:1:1:.5 ratio. 1 min Jog, 1 min Hard Jog, 1 min Run, 30 sec Push to Sprint. We tick that off the list 3x and then move on to a big pace builder to bring us home. You know we are working for 20minutes so the warmup is short, the juice is sweet and the finale will feel so so nice! Enjoy!!!

Speed levels:

- Walk
- Jog (varies from light to hard jog)
- Run
- Sprint (full sprint, max capacity!)

SPRINT 8 is a 20 min run with working intervals lasting 20 seconds to 1 minute1.
