Ready to RUN?! This one will get us grooving! 33minutes to bee-bop down the seawall, the trail, the treadmill…wherever you are!

Suitable for all levels! With 33 working minutes and a cooldown, this guided run set to a DJ mix curated by Julie designed to keep you moving and motivated! Sprints at the end so save some gas for those final few pushes! Remember though…you’re in control of your pace.

Speed levels:
- Walk
- Jog (varies from light to hard jog)
- Run & Sprint

HUSTLE 5 is a 33 minute run with working intervals lasting 45 seconds to 3 minutes.
