These RUNS give me so much joy to create. I miss my festival wild child days sometimes (really but not really lol!), and so mixing these playlists and recording them in my ‘studio’ downstairs gives me that VIBE that I am looking for! I always think if someone was watching me through the window (cough cough Noah!) they would think ‘what is that weirdo doing in there’! And there’s me bouncing around on my bouncy ball, blasting music and chatting to a microphone. It really is SO MUCH FUN!

So..are you…ready to RUN?! This one will get us grooving! 33minutes to bee-bop down the seawall, the trail, the treadmill…wherever you are!

Suitable for all levels! With 33 working minutes and a cooldown, this guided run set to a DJ mix curated by Julie designed to keep you moving and motivated! Sprints at the end so save some gas for those final few pushes! Remember though…you’re in control of your pace.

- Jog (varies from light to hard jog)
- Run & Sprint

HUSTLE 6 is a 33 minute run with working intervals lasting 45 seconds to 3 minutes.
