37minutes of working time and intervals are going to stick for a little longer. We spend most of our time in a HARD JOG but really…you can walk those hard jogs if you want! You are in control as always. Finishing off the run are some opportunities to build pace so you start where you feel good and you end where you feel like you want a little more. Happy Hustling!

Suitable for all levels! With 37 working minutes and a cooldown, this guided run set to a DJ mix curated by Julie designed to keep you moving and motivated! Sprints at the end so save some gas for those final few pushes! Remember though…you’re in control of your pace.
