It’s spring so what better way to embrace it then to get outside and soak up the air! We work through 3 big sets of intervals: 1min Hard Jog, 1 min Run, 30sec Jog, 30 sec Hard Run, 30sec Jog to recover, 30sec Hard Run to Sprint. 25minutes run time and we are ready to work!
