Sprint 5 - 20 Minute Run

 

This is my favourite mix to DATE! The transitions flow beautifully and the beats just kept me pumped up the whole time. We warm it up for 4 minutes before flying into a jog/run interval and then bring it home with a short sprint x 3!!! Get ready to get GROOVY BABY!

Suitable for all levels! If you don't want to run...walk :) 20 minute guided run set to a DJ mix curated by Julie designed to keep you moving and motivated!

Speed levels:

- Walk
- Jog (varies from light to hard jog)
- Run
- Sprint (full sprint, max capacity!)

SPRINT 4 is a 25 min run with working intervals lasting 20 seconds to 2 minutes.
