HUSTLE 11 - Ignore the metrics, let the movement move you!
We run, we walk, we jog, we sprint for 30min! Ignore the clock, ignore trying to hit certain speeds just have fun with it! The key is finding a little extra push and enjoying the run! I can’t stress enough the importance of breath - taking big deep inhales and exhales will help maintaining form, help to relax your mind while you move and of course bring in some big energy for your pushes! Don’t forget to chuck out those smiles while you run!
