Sprint 7 - FLYING BY!

 

We hit start and all of a sudden its over! The intervals are shorty and we push through some heavy runs! Finishing off as always with some quick and dirty sprints this one flies right on by!

Suitable for all levels! If you don't want to run...walk :) 20 minute guided run set to a DJ mix curated by Julie designed to keep you moving and motivated!

Speed levels:

- Walk
- Jog (varies from light to hard jog)
- Run
- Sprint (full sprint, max capacity!)

SPRINT 7 is a 20 min run with working intervals lasting 20 seconds to 1 minute1.
