Hustle 16 - Here for a good time!

 

Years ago I took some time off of running, I was burnt out, injured all the time, over training, and putting way too much pressure on myself to to run faster, run further, be better. I had lost my joy in running.

It truthfully took a long time to bring the fun back into my run. It took years (and having a baby) for me to recognize the beauty in going slow and taking it one step at a time. And it took a long time to remember to go easy on myself and play with it. This doesn’t mean every run is a breeze, hell no sometimes they are a struggle. But I do love it again, and I never regret when I get out there!

So this one is for you..to help bring back some fun and joy into your run! Because truly, when someone laces up to get out there and move I get excited hoping that youre about to feel the joy that I do!

Suitable for all levels! With 29 working minutes and a cooldown, this guided run set to a DJ mix curated by Julie designed to keep you moving and motivated! Sprints at the end so save some gas for those final few pushes! Remember though…you’re in control of your pace.

Speed levels:
- Walk
- Jog (varies from light to hard jog)
- Run & Sprint

HUSTLE 15 is a 30 minute run with working intervals lasting 45 seconds to 3 minutes.
