Sprint 6 - the RUNS are juicy!

 

21 minutes to get down and dirty! Quick 5minute warmup and then we would through an interval series of Hard Jogs and Runs. Finishing things off we OF COURSE bring in the sprints! Remember - there are no numbers you need to hit, you decide what each pace means to you!

Suitable for all levels! If you don't want to run...walk :) 20 minute guided run set to a DJ mix curated by Julie designed to keep you moving and motivated!

Speed levels:

- Walk
- Jog (varies from light to hard jog)
- Run
- Sprint (full sprint, max capacity!)

SPRINT 4 is a 25 min run with working intervals lasting 20 seconds to 2 minutes.
